The Rose That Started It All
Every story has a beginning. Ours started with a piece of copper, a hammer, and a rose.
I made that first copper rose for my mom’s gravestone. I had no idea that one little project would lead me down a path of hammers, fire, and a whole lot of experimenting with copper.
I was hooked.
That rose became the beginning of Rusty Bucket Farm—a little Vermont business built around creating handcrafted copper crafts with a whole lot of heart, a little stubbornness, and probably more hammering than necessary.
That was the first piece. It definitely wasn't the last.
